1. Definitions
a) Acceptance (Unconditional Acceptance) — pursuant to Article 438 of the Civil Code of Russia, the Buyer's complete and unconditional acceptance made by placing an order in the online store.
b) Defective Product — a product that does not match its description or sample.
c) Order — the Buyer's request to purchase and receive products via the website to a specified delivery address.
d) Online Store (Site) — the website RINASHNEI.COM through which the Seller conducts remote sales.
e) Personal Data Processing — any operation(s) with personal data, including collection, storage, updating, use, transfer, anonymization, blocking, or destruction.
f) Personal Data (PD) — information relating to the Buyer obtained during order processing.
g) Buyer — any individual or legal entity that has accepted the terms of this Agreement.
h) Recipient — person authorized by the Buyer to receive delivery.
i) Product — item available for order, described on the Site.
j) Order ID — unique identifier assigned to each order, sent by email upon order submission.
2. Subject of the Agreement
2.1. Seller agrees to transfer ownership of products to the Buyer, and Buyer agrees to pay for and accept ordered products.
2.2. If Buyer disagrees with any provision of the Agreement, they must refrain from ordering or immediately cease using the Site.
2.3. Seller may amend the Agreement at any time; changes take effect the day after publication.
2.4. Buyer is responsible for reviewing the current version of the Agreement and its attachments.
2.5. By accepting the Agreement, Buyer confirms full acquaintance with and acceptance of:

• current Agreement;
• payment and delivery rules on RINASHNEI.COM;
• return/exchange rules on RINASHNEI.COM.

3. Moment of Agreement Formation & Order Procedure
3.1. The Agreement is a public offer under Articles 435 and 437 of the Russian Civil Code.
3.2. Order placement constitutes unconditional acceptance; Buyer becomes party to the Agreement.
3.3. Buyer confirms they act on their own behalf, not for third parties.
3.4. Ordering steps include:

• Reviewing product information (name, price, origin, etc.) displayed next to product images.
• Consulting Seller if any questions arise before placing order.
• Filling out one of order forms:
• registered user form (email, phone, name, delivery & payment details),
• guest checkout form (name, email, phone, address),
• one‑click order (phone number only).
• All fields are mandatory; Buyer's liability for any third‑party data misuse; Buyer guarantees consent from third parties when naming them as recipients.
• Seller not responsible for accuracy of Buyer's provided information.
• Legal entity representatives must confirm authority to act.
• Buyer consents to receiving marketing and loyalty program communications.
• 3.5. Order confirmation:
• Confirmed by Seller’s manager via the phone number provided; if no contact within 7 working days, Seller may unilaterally cancel the order.
• Product reserved for 7 calendar days after confirmation.
• Seller may cancel or refuse order if Buyer’s data seems incomplete or incorrect.
• Seller may restrict payment options based on Buyer’s history (e.g. unpaid orders).
• 3.6. Buyer bears responsibility for incorrect or outdated information leading to improper execution.

4. Product Specifications
4.1. Each product is shown with photo, name, size, brand, origin, material, price, packaging, and description.
4.2. Information is for reference only and may not fully reflect actual characteristics.
4.3. Colors, appearance, and other properties may differ from what is shown due to technical limitations.
6. Delivery of the Product
6.1. An order is considered incomplete if Buyer withdraws before order packing; if after, the order is rejected.
6.2. Delivery is made to the address and within time agreed upon when ordering. For prepaid orders by non-cash payment, Seller dispatches within 9 calendar days after receiving funds. Buyer may collect goods in person. Delivery limited within the Russian Federation.
6.3. Delivery time depends on stock and order processing; exceptional deliveries may be arranged individually.
6.4. If part of an order is out of stock, Seller may remove it; prepaid amounts for unavailable items will be refunded.
6.5. After shipment, Seller provides Buyer with tracking or identification details.
6.6. Acceptance:

• Product is handed to Buyer/Recipient who must state the Order ID; delivery agent may request ID document and note its type/number on delivery receipt.
• If Buyer fails to accept within 3 working days, Seller may treat as contract termination and charge documented storage/delivery costs.
• Buyer/Recipient inspects packaging and notes defects on transport documents; otherwise claims may be denied.
• Buyer signs acceptance document confirming no claims on quantity, condition, labeling, and acknowledgment of return policy.
• If Buyer refuses delivery, they must notify Seller immediately or pay storage costs.
• For legal entities/entrepreneurs, recipient must provide a power of attorney and ID.
• 6.7. Ownership and risk transfer to Buyer upon delivery to Buyer or Recipient.
• 6.8. Buyer pays for shipping and return if refusing delivery outside quality issues.

7. Product Warranties
7.1. Products come with all required quality certificates and warranty documents.
8. Liability and Dispute Resolution
8.1. Parties are liable for breach or improper performance per this Agreement and applicable Russian law.
8.2. Seller not liable for delivery errors if Buyer provided incorrect address.
8.3. Seller not responsible if the product's characteristics do not meet Buyer's expectations.
8.4. Seller not liable for delivery failure due to force majeure.
8.5. All content on the Site (photos, text, etc.) belongs to Seller; unauthorized use is prohibited.
8.6. Buyer responsible for reviews posted on the Site and must not post illegal content. Seller may remove reviews at its discretion.
8.7. Disputes resolved by negotiation; if unresolved, parties may seek judicial protection.
8.8. Mandatory pre‑court claim procedure is required; response period is 10 calendar days.
9. Term of Agreement
9.1. The Agreement takes effect upon unconditional acceptance by Buyer and remains in effect until obligations are fulfilled.
10. Consent to Processing Buyer’s Personal Data
10.1. By placing an order, Buyer consents to such processing.
10.2. Categories of data processed: full name, phone, email, delivery address, payment card data (holder name, card number, CVV), IP address, browser type.
10.3. Permitted operations include collection, storage, updating, use for execution of the Agreement, communication, marketing, transmission to third parties (e.g. couriers), and mailing.
10.4. Consent is granted indefinitely.
10.5. Extended policy available on RINASHNEI.COM.
10.6. Buyer may withdraw consent at any time via personal request, including opting out of marketing mailings.
10.7. Seller ensures confidentiality under current Russian law.
10.8. Cookies may be used; Buyer consents to collection and analytics.
10.9. Seller is not responsible for public data posted by Buyer.
10.10. Buyer agrees to possible recording of phone calls; Seller must protect access per Federal law.
10.11. Buyer agrees that data provided on the Site may be publicly available.
11. Other Provisions
11.1. Buyer accepts that temporary technical errors may cause inaccuracies in product data; Seller may refuse fulfillment in such cases.
11.2. All official communications are made via the seller's details listed in section 15, and buyer contacts as provided.
